  Frekvencija tezinskog treninga ili koliko puuta trenirati tezinski trening


  Dok za generalnu frekvenciju vezbanja ulaze u obzir previse individualnih faktora za tezinski trening je skroz suprotno.Preporuka je da se tezinski treninzi izvode tri do cetiri puta nedeljno nikada vise od dva uzastopna dana za redom.

Neke osobe mogu i 5 treninga a nekima je dovoljno dva,sve u zavisnosti od njihovog iskustva ,potencijala i specificnoih ciljeva.Uglavnom mnogi postizu sjajne rezultate sa 3 do 4 tezinska treninga nedeljno.Nikada ne uzastopno dva dana ,potrebno je da se telo oporavi i odmori i tek tada se dolazi do najboljih rezultata.Najbolji program za pocetak je tri puta nedeljno .Izmedju dva treninga mora proci 48 sati, sto bi trebalo biti dovoljno za odmor i oporavak.U tom vremenu misici ce se dovoljno odmoriti, dopuniti potrebnim proteinima za rast misicnih vlakana i pripremiti za napore sledeceg treninga.Isto tako ne bi smelo proci vise od 96 sati (4 dana) izmedju dva trening, jer se time gubi kontinuitet i misici bi se mogli previse opustiti, a metabolizam usporiti (osim ako smo se povredili).

City Sculptures-TAKE A LOOK!


Hamburg, Germany just welcomed “Die Badende” (“The Bather”), a giant sculpture by artist Oliver Voss resting in Binnenalster Lake, seen here on August 3, 2011. The foam-and-steel-sculpture is about 13 feet high and 99 feet long and is scheduled to be on display for ten days.
